TORONTO, May 10, 2019 /CNW/ – Tercot Communities is pleased to announce that it has acquired a position in the desirable Kitchener market that will enable the company to bring its uniquely designed, new low-rise housing development to the local community. The project is being developed by Tercot Communities in partnership with Greybrook Realty Partners and Cityzen Development Group. The project, planned for 240 homes includes single-detached homes, freehold townhomes and condominium townhomes.
